Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flakes, divided
1 cup raw nuts (I use almonds, pecans, and walnuts - about 1/3rd of each)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon almond extract (or substitute with mint extract for holiday treat)
1 tablespoon raw coconut
12-15 pitted dates (adjust for sweetness)
1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
Put 1/4 cup coconut flakes, nuts, cocoa powder in food processor and process with "s" blade until coarsely mixed. Add almond extract, raw coconut, dates, and raisins. Process until mixture holds together when gently rolled between your fingers. Form into balls and then roll in 1/4 cup coconut flakes. These are amazing no-bake donut holes! Enjoy and live healthy!
