Romaine Salad with Zesty Mustard Dressing Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Ingredients 2 heads romaine lettuce, cut in half 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles 1 ounce French fried onions 4 ounces bacon 1 apple, cored, sliced 1/3 cup Wildtree Zesty Mustard Sauce ¼ cup Wildtree Creamy Ranch Dressing, prepared  according to package directions Nutritional Info Calories: 380 Fat: 26g Saturated Fat: 8g Carbohydrates: 21g Fiber: 4g Protein: 17g Cholesterol: 45mg Sodium: 1060mg

Method of Preparation Preheat oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Lay bacon on cookie sheet and bake until it is crisp, approximately 15 minutes. Chop bacon and set aside. Mix Wildtree Zesty Mustard Sauce with Wildtree Creamy Ranch Dressing and set aside. Assemble salad by placing a romaine wedge and apple slices on a plate, top with blue cheese, bacon, fried onions and dressing. Serve immediately with additional dressing on the side.
