Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss shrimp with Grapeseed Oil and Bayou Blend until the shrimp are completely coated. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. While shrimp are cooking, prepare the cocktail sauce by whisking together the Bloody Mary Mix, ketchup, and horseradish. Serve shrimp warm or chilled with the cocktail sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Cups
Serves 12

Ingredients:
24 wontons
2 teaspoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
8 ounces chicken, cooked and shredded
8 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese
2 tablespoons Wildtree Blazin’ Buffalo Blend
½ cup shredded cheddar

Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Brush the wontons with Grapeseed Oil and place oiled side up in 24 mini muffin mold. Combine the chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo Blend, and cheddar cheese. Fill the wonton cups with the chicken mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the wontons are browned and crisped. Can be topped with shredded carrot, diced celery or onion, shredded lettuce or cabbage, or diced tomatoes.
