Welcome! Food Science: Fact! or Fiction? is a series where our research chef,
Matt Geisler, answers food science questions that are commonly asked to
our Field Sales Services team. Using a mixture of hard science,
lighthearted humor, and some fancy props, Matt will guide you through
the confusing world of food and what it means for your health and well
being.
What is gluten? Where is it found? Is it dangerous? Should we be avoiding it
at all costs?! We ask some of the Wildtree staff these questions to see
