It's Palo Time : Cashew Crusted Chicken (#1)

Cashew Crusted Chicken (#1)
2 lb. Chicken Breast
3 Tbsp Wildtree Coconut Oil

In a separate bag:
½ cup Cashew Meal or Almond Meal
½ cup coconut flour


Combine the oil, seasonings & chicken in a gallon size freezer bag, “smush” to allow seasonings to distribute. In a separate bag mix the coconut flour & cashew meal together, along with the pepper blends. Place the “flour mixture” bag between the outside bag and the bag of chicken. Remove air and freeze. When ready to serve, defrost bag in fridge Heat up a skillet with 1 Tbsp coconut oil. Take chicken out of bag and coat each chicken breast with the coconut flour/cashew mixture. Place in heated skillet and cook about 10 min on each side until middle is no longer pink. Serve over a salad, or with a Whole30 compliant side item of your choice (see additional recipes). Serves 4-6

Wildtree Freezer Meal Workshops Options


The cost is $76 (which must be pre-paid) and you get:

*7 full-size bottles/jars of Organic Wildtreespices/seasonings/sauces 
(all-natural, super healthy) with enough left over to take home and do all the meals again!
*the complete recipes
*grocery list/preparation details
*side-dish recipes using leftover product
*freezer bag labels
*inventory document 
*personal instruction

At the workshop we will prepare 10 organic meals at 6 servings each (or 20 meals at 3 servings each) which = 60 servings. Get the grocery list, have your choice of proteins. (depending on where you shop, of course) $76 (or come with some friends and get your groceries in bulk to make it even less!!). 

So, $76 now for registration/package above about $76 in a few weeks for groceries = $152 / 60 servings = $2.53 per serving!  (And that's assuming you don't use any of your leftover groceries!  It's even less when you use up the leftovers) 

Another way to look at it would be approximately $150 for 10-20 healthy, 
home-cooked, delicious and convenient meals 
(depending on the size of your family, these can last you 2 weeks to a month). 

If you're on a tight budget you can always just come with your freezer bags and add the meat as you're able to buying only the meat you need for each week instead of purchasing it all up-front.
