DIY Body Wash with Essential Oil and Grapeseed Oil

I love making my own Moisturizing Body Wash and found a great recipe.

It’s so fun to make your own smells from essential oils and make it your way. I really can’t find something at the store anymore than is NOT filled with some type of CRAP! It’s so disappointing to go to the store anymore. I get to where I can’t even believe the labels – usually soo many hidden ingredients, so I’m working harder on making my own stuff at home. Below is the easy moisturizing body wash recipe I followed and add a few pictures of my own to show you how easy it is.

>>>> Here is that easy recipe.

I am LOVING peppermint and Lavender together! Not sure if they should go together, but I love them together! What is your favorite essential Oil?

I also added my favorite Grapeseed oil, the Natural I use for cooking and all my body moisturizing! It’s a must have – so I buy the HUGE one! :)

  • ⅔ cup liquid castile soap (I found some on Amazon - I like this Almond smell)
  • ¼ cup raw, unfiltered honey (bought some locally)
  • 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil (bought this on Amazon)
  • I change my essential oil each time --- depending on what I want for a smell. So far Lavender, Sweet Orange, Peppermint has been my fav :)

Simple, Easy and Rewarding!
  1. Getting all the supplies together
  2. Mix it up and liquefy together
  3. Put in your container
  4. Use it and see how you like it!
  5. Put leftovers in the kitchen bottle.
  6. NO WASTE EVER! Add to all your bathrooms!

Share your results! What do you use at home?
Do you make your own or buy your own moisturizing body shampoo?

Love to hear! Do you have a better recipe?

DIY Baby Soft Feet for the Beach

One thing I CANNOT stand is dry cracked feet! When I get in bed and my feet stick to the sheets or when I put on my socks and my feet just feel like sand paper! Sound familiar? I don’t know, but I can’t stand it!

Seeing those dry cracked heels is just gross! Now it's time to make it easy to keep your feet baby soft and those heels moisturized!

But what I’ve learned, is you don’t have to buy the expensive stuff to make your feet baby soft!

You most likely will have these ingredients right in your bathroom and kitchen! The part I I love the most, convenience at my fingertips.

You can do this many ways, so use your imagination – don’t hesitant just because you don’t have an ingredient. This is how I made this batch.

  1. 1 cup Epsom salt.
  2. 1 cup sugar.
  3. 1 cup grapeseed oil. (Natural Grapeseed)
  4. a few drops or more of Vitamin C oil.
  5. Add an essential oil smell of your choice. I have lately been into Wild Orange, so this one is smelling like fresh oranges – yum! (pick your essential oil here)

Wa-La it’s done! Who knew!

Smoothies & shakers are buy 2, get 1 FREE. Plus, pick up NEW Triple Berry!‏

I really am very disappointed that Weight Watchers has this for people to drink!

It's beyond toxic and filled with cheap fillers! Why would you EVER drink this. What is seriously wrong with milk, fresh strawberries and whatever else you want to add. Please don't buy this crap! The ingredients are beyond horrible. I have to say, Weight Watcher put some good "marketing" into it -- I checked it out. And, then I read the ingredients about fell off my chair.

Please, don't be fooled by the marketing!

Educate yourself on "health" not the marketing techniques out there!

Don't even WASTE your money!
